গ্রাহকরা সঠিক রেজিস্ট্রেশন তথ্য প্রদান, শুধুমাত্র বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ ব্যবহার, প্রযোজ্য বাংলাদেশি আইন ও BTRC প্রবিধান মেনে চলা, এবং Airnet-এর পূর্ব লিখিত সম্মতি ছাড়া সংযোগ সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবার ঠিকানার বাইরে পুনঃবিক্রয়, শেয়ার বা পুনঃবিতরণ না করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
সেবার অংশ হিসেবে Airnet প্রদত্ত যেকোনো যন্ত্রপাতি (যেমন রাউটার বা ONT) লিখিতভাবে অন্য কিছু সম্মত না হলে Airnet-এর সম্পত্তি থাকবে, এবং সেবা বাতিল হলে তা সচল অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে।
সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি গ্রাহকের নির্বাচিত প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী মাসিক ভিত্তিতে বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) বিল করা হয়। পেমেন্ট bKash, Nagad, বা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে দেখানো অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত পদ্ধতিতে করা যায়। নির্ধারিত তারিখের পর বিল অপরিশোধিত থাকলে সাময়িকভাবে সেবা স্থগিত হতে পারে।
Airnet নির্ভরযোগ্য ও সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ প্রদানে সচেষ্ট। তবে, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, আবহাওয়া, টেকনিক্যাল ত্রুটি, বা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে সেবা মাঝে মাঝে প্রভাবিত হতে পারে। পরিকল্পিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা গ্রাহকদের আগেই জানানোর যুক্তিসঙ্গত চেষ্টা করব।
রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা আমাদের আলাদা Return & Refund Policy দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত, যা এই ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া আছে।

পেমেন্ট না করা, এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন, বা সংযোগের বেআইনি ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে Airnet সেবা স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
এই শর্তাবলী যেকোনো সময় হালনাগাদ করা হতে পারে। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখা মানে সংশোধিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি।

Airnet (Airnet Communications) is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based in Moulvibazar, Bangladesh, providing residential and business broadband internet connectivity in Moulvibazar and surrounding areas.
Airnet provides wired and/or wireless broadband internet connectivity under various package plans. Package speeds, pricing, and coverage areas are as shown on our website and may change without prior notice.
Subscribers agree to provide accurate registration information, use the internet connection only for lawful purposes, comply with applicable Bangladeshi laws and BTRC regulations, and not resell, share, or redistribute the connection beyond the agreed service address without prior written consent from Airnet.
Any equipment (such as a router or ONT) provided by Airnet as part of the service remains the property of Airnet unless otherwise agreed in writing, and must be returned in good working condition upon termination of service.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as per the subscriber's selected package. Payments can be made via bKash, Nagad, or other approved payment channels shown on our website. Bills unpaid beyond the due date may result in temporary suspension of service.
Airnet aims to provide reliable and consistent internet connectivity. However, service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, weather, technical faults, or factors beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance in advance.
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on this website.
Airnet collects subscriber information solely for service delivery, billing, and support purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content, branding, and materials on Airnet's website are the property of Airnet. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Airnet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the subscription fee paid for the affected billing period.
Airnet reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use of the connection.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
